Position Description
The Events director(s) organize(s)events and external services. As Events Director, you will develop new initiatives, improve upon the current structures in place, and focus on increasing student engagement. The events director(s) will develop events which are inclusive and accessible to everyone. The Events Director(s) should be organized, creative, and be comfortable reaching out to new people.
This is a 1 year position.
The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to
Organizing the SPIRE series of events ( i.e. SCIspire, ARTspire, ENGspire). The details of the events are flexible to change.
Collaborating with the Chair and Jr. Chair to organize fundraisers.
