UNB Graduate Student Association

The Graduate Student Association (UNBGSA) is an independent, member-driven organization whose purpose is to serve and further the interests of all graduate students at UNB. All full and part-time graduate students enrolled at UNB are members of the GSA. 

The  Graduate Student Association organizes the annual Graduate Research Conference (GRC) at UNB. The GRC is a conference designed for graduate students, by the graduate students. It provides an opportunity for students from different faculties and departments to come together and share their ideas. The mandate of the GRC is to provide a forum for graduate students to present their research in a supportive environment, gain presentation skills, and develop links with the greater graduate community. 


Autism Connections Fredericton

Autism Connections Fredericton Inc. is a registered charity dedicated to providing social supports, public education, advocacy, material resources, programs, activities, and evidenced-based information for persons with autism spectrum disorder, their families, and their communities. Autism Connections Fredericton serves the greater Fredericton region (from Harvey to Oromocto).   

The objectives of ACF are to facilitate sharing of knowledge and experience between families by offering programs and activities in a supportive atmosphere and accessible location,  to make available accurate, up-to-date information via guest speakers, workshops and conferences as well as by the lending of resources such as books, videos, software and other educational material.


UNB Engineering Undergraduate Society

The UNB Engineering Undergraduate Society (EUS) represents all undergraduates of the Faculty of Engineering on a local and national level and provides a number of services. The society helps make the university experience more enjoyable through events and by exposing YOU to conferences and engineering competitions.

The UNB Undergraduate Biology Society is a collection of undergraduate students, working to create and cultivate engagement between students and faculty within the biology department at UNB.  They host multiple events every year geared towards their goal. 

 

 


NB- Institute for Research, Data, and Training (NB-IRDT)

NB-IRDT facilitates effective research and decision-making by providing access to secure, privacy-protected data and other resources.

NB-IRDT provides researchers with access to pseudonymized personal level administrative data in a secure, controlled environment, while ensuring that New Brunswickers’ privacy is protected. We also conduct research on policy topics to support informed and effective government decision-making. NB-IRDT also expands and supports data stewardship and preservation, supports and contributes to effective knowledge dissemination, and helps develop research capacity through training. Our institute is an integral part of the research infrastructure for the province of New Brunswick.
